Inventory & Delivery delays within our network

Like many businesses, Happybeds is experiencing shipping and local delivery delays across our entire delivery network. We are working to get your product to you as quickly as possible, but you may need to allow additional time to receive your order. We’ll do our best to inform you of any changes in status of your delivery but we do appreciate your understanding and patience.

Delivery contact-free 

During this time we unfortunately cannot deliver inside your home, but we can still deliver to your door. To plan for your delivery, we suggest there be someone who can assist you to carry your boxes inside. If you need assistance, please reach out to our Customer Care team when you place your order and we will do our best to work out a plan with you. This will vary by state and territory but you can rest assured that all our delivery partners will comply with the relevant  Public Health Orders.

We’re an online business so we are able to continue to deliver quality, premium products safely to your doorstep. We ensure that all our team members, at all times, are following the relevant Public Health Orders. 


Inventory and Customer order fulfilment centre information

We ensure that our fulfilment centre partners follow the relevant Public Health Orders and recommended health and safety procedures while continuing their operations. Our fulfilment centres are being cleaned more frequently and rigorously, and all staff follow the recommended health and safety advice. All fulfilment team members have uninterrupted access to hand sanitiser and personal protective equipment where required.
