Princess Castle Bed

CONTENTS

1 x Header
1 x Footer
2 x side panels
1 x stablising bar with 4 screws
4 x corner brackets with 8 screws
12 x timber slats
24 x black slat holders


1. Ease open the packing tape tape along the sides and centre of box 1 of 2 and remove header, footer, slats and stablising bar, screws and brackets


2. Ease open packing tape along the sides and centre of box 2/2 and remove 2 side panels


3. Place side panels with face down, Using a electric screwdriver (if available) with phillips head attachment (can also be done with a manual phillips head screw driver) place bracket on the end of the side panel and rest screws in the top and bottom hole, start twisting in gently with hand first, continue to screw all four brackets in, using all 8 screws


4. Place header face up and half screw 4 x screws in pre drilled holes 


5. Place footer face down and half screws 4 x screws in pre drilled holes


6. Rest header against wall, stand up footer and move sides in between the header and footer. 


7. Lift up sides and slot brackets over screws in step 4 and 


8. Fully screw the screws in the header and footer to secure


9. Place stablising bar in the middle of the bed and attach with 4 x screws in pre drilled holes in centre of side boards


10. Insert black end caps for slats in the side boards, and then insert slats on left side and then bend gently to insert into right hand side. Complete for remaining 11 slats


11. Place mattress onto slats

1. Stand front bumper upright and attach angle brackets with short bolts using a screw driver 


2. Move left hand side into place and fasten with short bolts as per front bumper. Repeat for Right hand side


3. Move the rear into place and fasten brackets into left and right sides as per the front assembly


4. Attached stabliser bar in middle of bed with screws provided


5. Insert slat connectors into pre drilled holes, then insert slats into connectors one side at a time gently bending the slat to insert on the other side


6. Plug in power adaptor under front bumper and connect with the wall to check lights and sounds are working using remote


7. Place mattress on top of bed base.

Hamilton GT1

CONTENTS:

1. Place left and right sides face down on carpet or on top of polystyrene packing inserts


2. Insert 2 x black Jigs/connectors into pre drille holes at front of the side panel


3. Gently hand twist 2 x silver connecting screw into pre drilled holes, tighten with screwdriver


4. Complete the same at the rear of side panel


5. Place front bumper face down and insert 4 x round silver tightening connectors and press in with thumb


6. Place rear headboard face down and repeat step 5


7. Flip up headboard with image facing upright and forwards and place over screws of left side panel and tighten screws at rear


8. Complete the same process for the front bumper. You should now have a 3 sided car bed frame


9. Lift up right side panel and line up screws and connectors and insert into the side of the front bumper and tighten connectors clockwise with screwdriver


10. Complete the same at the rear


11. Place stabliser bar in middle and secure with two screws on each side, repeat for stabiliser bar at front and rear


12. Connect electrical cable from front bumper to left hand side side panel and connect cable on wheel to cable on left hand side panel, secure wheel with central bolt


13. Repeat for remaining 3 wheels


14. Plug in AC adaptor underneath the font bumper and connect to power source


15. Place MDF board over stabiliser bars


16. Place mattress on top of bed base.


17. Fasten brackets (short end) to rear spoiler with screws provided and then attach bracket with spolier (long end) to headboard

Magnum Aero

1. Unwrap sides, front bumper and rear bumper (headboard)


2. Place left side face down


3. Remove cap from from bumper to access cables, gently pull cables out from left side and place front bumper on top, feeding cables through the cut out of the front bumper


4. With front bumper standing up (resting on left side) take 2 screws and hand fasten bumper to left side, complete with drill to secure


5. Place rear bumper on the back end of the left side and move into position, once in position place angle bracket and screw into left hand side to secure, screw remaining two screws through bracket into the rear bumper (headboard)


6. Untape electrical cords on front of right hand side and lift right side to place on top of the three sides already pieced together. Feed electrical cords through pre drilled hole on the side of the front bumper (as was done on previous side)


7. Secure front with screws and line up side with rear bumper, once in place, position the l shaped bracket and screw into the right side first and then rear bumper to secure


8. Rotate bed base, now it is secure with all four wheels placed onto the ground


9. Plug in electric cables at the front on the left side matching blue to blue and yellow to yellow, repeat for the right hand side


10. Plug in power adaptor under front bumper and connect with the wall to check lights and sounds are working using remote


11. Place stabliser bar in front and secure with screws supplied, repeat process for middle and rear stabiliser bars


12. Place plastic covers back over pre cut hole in front bumper to cover electrical cables


13. Place MDF board over stabiliser bars 


14. Place mattress on top of bed base.
